9/3/2015 Appointment of Managing Board in the second mandate
The Supervisory Board, after a public competition, has appointed members of Managing Board at the meeting held on 27th of August 2015, so by that decision appointment of the Managing Board of the Company has been completed and the same members gained the trust as well in the second mandate. The members of Managing Board are Director Darko Lakic and Sasa Stevanovic and Gordana Drobnjak as Executive Directors.
