The Managing Board
In accordance with the Law on Pension Reserve Fund of Republic of Srpska, Supervisory Board, after a public competition, has appointed a director of the Company at the meeting held on 2nd of September 2010. After a publicly announced competition for those positions, at the meeting held on 23rd of November 2010 Supervisory Board has appointed two executive directors, so by that decision appointment of the Managing Board of the Company has been completed.
The Supervisory Board, after a public competition, has appointed members of Managing Board at the meeting held on 27th of August 2015, so by that decision appointment of the Managing Board of the Company has been completed and the same members gained the trust as well in the second mandate.
After accepting resignation by Gordana Drobnjak on 19th of June 2017, after a public competition, the Supervisory Board appointed Ljiljana Amidžić Gligorić as Executive director for accounting, general affairs and development on 9th of August 2017.
After accepting resignation by Darko Lakic on 3rd of July 2018, the Supervisory Board appointed M.Sc Milos Grujic, as Acting Director. The handover took place on 13th of July 2018. After public competition, on 23rd of October 2018 Mr Grujic has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
In August 2020 after public competition the Supervisory Board appointed Sasa Stevanovic and Ljiljana Amidzic Gligoric as executive directors.
After public competition the Supervisory Board appointed Sasa Stevanovic as Director of the Management Company, starting from 1st of January 2024. Also Bojan Lucic was appointed as Acting Executive Director.
