Organization structure
The organizational structure and staffing of the Management company of Pension Reserve Fund of the Republic of Srpska is determined by internal document on Regulation of organization and job classification in the Management company. Management company currently employs 10 people for full-time and in accordance with the current needs of the Management company one computer technician is employed part-time.
