The Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board consists of five members from which three are appointed by the Government of the Republic of Srpska on the basis of public announcement, one is appointed by the major representative trade union organized at the Republic of Srpska, and one appointed by The Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Srpska.
Members of the Supervisory Board are:

- Jelenko Konjević, Vice President
- Dalibor Tomaš, Member
- Ranka Mišić, Member
- Mladenka Petković, Member.
