He completed elementary and secondary school in Bijeljina. He graduated, received his master&#8217;s degree and defended his doctoral thesis at the University of East Sarajevo &#8211; Faculty of Economics in Pale.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He worked as a broker, risk analyst, and investment advisor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Implemented and participated in a number of projects on the introduction of credit scoring, internal rating, control and management systems for credit, market and operational risks, application of SAS and R programming languages \u200b\u200bin finance and Big Data environment, takeovers and recapitalizations of companies on the capital market of the Republic of Srpska. He served as President of the Business Association of Authorized Participants in the Capital Market of the Republic of Srpska (2009 &#8211; 2010). He holds a GARP certificate; FRM \u2013 Financial Risk Manager (2015), a license from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska to perform the following duties: broker (2005), investment advisor (2007) and investment manager (2007). Author of the book: &#8220;Portfolio Risk Management of Domestic Institutional Investors&#8221;. Founder of the &#8220;Risk Center&#8221; Association. A large number of published articles and scientific and professional papers on the topic of capital markets and risk management in domestic and international journals and conferences.  <\/p>\n\n<p>He assumed the position of Executive Director for Investment Affairs of the Pension Reserve Fund Management Company on 01.01.2011. while on 02.09.2015. a five-year term has been renewed.   He was appointed to a third term after a public competition in August 2020. (Official Gazette No. 86\/20).
