In accordance with the Law on Pension Reserve Fund of Republic of Srpska, Supervisory Board, after a public competition, has appointed a director of the Company at the meeting held on 2nd of September 2010. After a publicly announced competition for those positions, at the meeting held on 23rd of November 2010 Supervisory Board has appointed two executive directors, so by that decision appointment of the Managing Board of the Company has been completed.
The Supervisory Board of the Pension Reserve Fund Management Company of the Republic of Srpska, after a public competition, at its session held on 27.08.2015. appointed members of the Management Board of the Company for a term of office of five years, starting from 02.09.2015. . Thus, a second term was entrusted to the same members of the Board.

In 2018, the Director of the Company, Darko Lakić, resigned from the position of Director and requested a mutual termination of the employment contract. The Supervisory Board of the PREF Management Company unanimously decided to appoint the current member of the Supervisory Board, Miloš Grujić, a Master of Economics from Banja Luka, as the Acting Director of the Company. After a public competition was conducted, the Supervisory Board on 18. October 2018. made a decision to appoint Miloš Grujić as the director of the Company (Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, No. 25/98 of October 22, 2018).
The Supervisory Board of the Pension Reserve Fund Management Company of the Republic of Srpska, following a public competition, on 28. August 2020. unanimously decided to appoint Saša Stevanović and Ljiljana Amidžić-Gligorić as executive directors (Official Gazette No. 86/20).
After a public competition, the Supervisory Board appointed Saša Stevanović as the Director of the Company for a five-year term from 01.01.2024. and Bojan Lučić as Acting Executive Director for Investment Affairs.
