Ljiljana Amidžić-Gligorić, Executive Director for Accounting, General Affairs and Development
She was born in 1976. in Banja Luka. She graduated from the General High School and earned a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka. Master of Economic Sciences since 2010. (field of study – financial management), when she successfully defended her thesis “The concept of an organization that learns from the example of microcredit organizations in BiH” (field of strategic management).
She has been gaining work experience since 2003. She started working as a loan officer at the microcredit organization “Sinergija plus” doo Banja Luka, and in 2011 she left the position of head of the Banja Luka office. Since April 2011, as a risk analyst at the Pension Reserve Fund Management Company a.d. Banja Luka, she worked on the following tasks: monitoring liquidity, assessing market, credit and other risks, developing an Investment Policy, analyzing financial reports and participating in corporate activities, and has also proven herself in other responsible tasks. In 2013, she passed the professional exam and obtained the title of investment manager with the Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska. In 2019, she obtained the title of certified accountant.
She assumed the position of Executive Director for Accounting, General Affairs and Development of the Management Company on August 9, 2017. . In August 2020. after a public competition, her five-year mandate was renewed (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 86/20).
