We inform all interested parties that within the framework of the joint offering for sale of shares in the period from 05.07.2021-30.07.2021. from the portfolio of the Share Fund of the Republic of Srpska a.d. Banja Luka, the Restitution Fund of the Republic of Srpska and the Pension Reserve Fund of the Republic of Srpska, shares of the issuer PD “Semberija” a.d. Bijeljina with the symbol SEMB-RA will not be offered for sale.
The public will be informed in due course about the subsequent date for the sale of these securities.
