The Supervisory Board has five members appointed by the Government of the Republika Srpska, one member proposed by the founder of the PIO Fund, one member proposed by the majority representative trade union organized at the level of the Republika Srpska, and three members elected based on a public competition.
The Supervisory Board in the fourth convocation was appointed on 6/7. October 2022. for a period of 4 years (Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, No. 98/22). The first constituent session was held on October 18, 2022. year, at which the president and vice president were elected.
The Supervisory Board consists of:
