Bojan Lucic, Executive Director for Investment Affairs
He was born in 1979. in Foča, Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He completed primary and secondary school in Foča. Graduated from the University of East Sarajevo – Faculty of Economics, Pale.
He has worked in the positions of financial accountant, financial manager, broker, dealer with a license for trading on the international market (ACI Certificate), Head of Business in the International Clients segment, Director of the Brokerage Department, Director of Financial Markets, and Investment Manager.
Implemented and participated in a large number of securities transactions, takeovers and additional capitalizations of companies on the capital market of the Republic of Srpska, member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Stock Brokers, member of the Quotations Commission.
He holds a license from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska to perform the following duties: broker (2007), and investment manager (2021), international dealer exam – ACI dealing Certificate (2010).
He will assume the position of Acting Executive Director for Investment Affairs of the Pension Reserve Fund Management Company on 01.01.2024.
Married, father of two children, lives in Banja Luka.
