The Pension Reserve Fund Management Company of the Republika Srpska a.d. Banja Luka and the Pension Reserve Fund of the Republika Srpska a.d. Banja Luka were established in accordance with the Law on the Pension Reserve Fund of the Republika Srpska (Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, No. 73/08, 50/10, 102/12, 20/18).
With the entry into force of the Law on the Pension Reserve Fund of Republika Srpska on August 16, 2008, the conditions were created for the formation of the Management Company and the Pension Reserve Fund of Republika Srpska.
The decision to establish the Pension Reserve Fund of the Republika Srpska and the Pension Reserve Fund Management Company of the Republika Srpska a.d. Banja Luka was adopted at the session of the Management Board of the Pension Reserve Fund on 15 June 2010 (Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, No. 65/10).
The Company’s activity is the management of the Pension Reserve Fund and other assets entrusted to it by the Pension Fund for temporary management, as well as the management of other pension funds established in accordance with a separate law.
